These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at rayandmartin.in (the "Platform"). For the purpose of these Terms, "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Platform. The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean BRAND NAME RAY & MARTIN.

1. User Account, Password, and Security

If you use the Platform, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor (under the age of 18 years), you shall not register as a User and shall not transact on the Platform.

4. Charges and Pricing

Membership on the Platform is free for buyers. Ray & Martin does not charge any fee for browsing and buying. All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

7. Payments

While availing any of the payment method(s) available on the Platform via HDFC CCAvenue, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to lack of authorization, exceeding limits, or other payment issues.

8. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

  • Shipping: Products are dispatched via Indian Post. Risk of loss passes to you once handed over to the courier.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting support.
  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged books/products.
  • Refunds: Processed via HDFC CCAvenue within 10 business days upon successful quality check.
